Breaking New Ground: Our Debut Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show!
We are proud to share the inspiring ADHD Foundation Garden space with you. Designed to celebrate neurodiversity and the power of nature to nurture mental well-being, our garden invites visitors to experience a world where difference is not just accepted but celebrated!
Step Inside the Garden
The ADHD Foundation Garden is a vibrant, calming space that celebrates neurodiversity. Inspired by the idea that no two plants - or minds - are alike, it features diverse textures, a tranquil reflection pool, and iconic umbrella figures by David Begbie, representing the Neurodiversity Umbrella Project. Sculptural topiary and rich planting support biodiversity, offering a living metaphor for the resilience of neurodivergent minds.

Meet Katy Terry
Katy hopes that her garden will offer a sense of calm and relief to neurodiverse visitors, providing a space where they can feel connected, understood, and celebrated. Through her design, she invites all visitors to “think differently about thinking differently” - recognising the splendid complexity of human beings, just as we celebrate the individuality of every tree and plant in the natural world.

Where the Garden is going next
Following its debut at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, The ADHD Foundation Garden will embark on a meaningful new chapter as it is permanently relocated to the University of Liverpool’s Ness Botanic Gardens. This beautiful and biodiverse space will be preserved and reimagined to serve as a lasting sanctuary of inclusivity, reflection, and wellbeing. Stay up to date as the garden is relocated and continues to inspire at the Instagram links below.
